The above drawing was an experiment. I have a small whiteboard that came in a kit with three whiteboard markers, bought at Tesco in Annan for £5.50. I thought it might be possible to make very swift sketches in a few minutes on the whiteboard that when photographed would make strong line images. The image on the whiteboard could then be wiped out, with a digital copy retained for future reference. The above drawing was the first using this technique, and while the composition would have been improved had I included the upper curve of the mixer tap. the technique proved its worth and promises to be useful for making quick, rough, sketch notes.
